We are staying the night in the moose lodge …lol. AKA the Bakewell Lake House.
Ohiophotogrl went for a long walk in the woods today and found this chunk of petrified wood.

Today we went to the Mill Springs Battlefield.

First of all I am thankful for each and everyone of you that reads my site. You all rock!
Next I want to say how cool it is to spend time with some of our chosen family for thanksgiving. We spent a little bit of frozen time down at the lake.

So Ohiophotgrl was looking for some fun stuff for us to do now that it’s getting cold. Well she brought up geocaching again. We did this a few months ago and then life got busy so she pulled up a few places we haven’t been yet and then she showed me a puzzle on the site.
As you can see this one is in Japanese…good thing we have some books. Hope we can find the answer.
Off to bed to say our prayers for a friend that had a heart attack yesterday! We are keeping all of you in our prayers. Get well soon!

Even though it is cold and we have had a few snow flurries here and there I’m glad I have this to remind me of spring….

I decided to hide from ohiophotogrl tonight. Usually the dogs trot back and forth across the floor before coming to bed so I hid under the bed with Maggie.
As I was sneaking out ohiophotogrl caught me
I told her I was dancing in the dark…lol. Not sure if she believed me or not.
