Red Nose Day

Help celebrate Red Nose Day!

What is Red Nose Day? Red Nose Day is a campaign dedicated to raising money for children and young people living in poverty by simply having fun and making people laugh. The inaugural Red Nose Day will be held in the US on May 21st, 2015. People across the country will come together to have fun and raise funds and awareness. The day’s events will culminate in a three-hour entertainment TV special on NBC featuring the country’s favorite comedians, musicians and Hollywood stars—it’s a show not to be missed! The TV special will showcase top comedy and entertainment live and in pre-recorded segments. It will also highlight the issues for which Red Nose Day is fundraising. Viewers will be encouraged to make donations by phone, and online. (www.rednoseday.org)

What a fun day

 Ohiophotogrls and I celebrated “Family Day” with a big old cupcake! Chocolate! My favorite. This is us on Our special day!  We take care of each other. We take walks together, we share ice cream we even like to hang out with the same people! Ohiophotogrl tells me all the time that I make her world a better place. We hope we add some sunshine to you alls day as well!

But the very best part of the day was this…

Licking the icing off the balloons!

Garden time

So Ohiophotogrl started a small container garden while I was away.

Looks like she has a green thumb she is trying to eat healthier and I think I can help! 

I checked it all out as well…   Sunflowers to feed the birds

  These are gonna be edible flowers called Nasturtiums

Several different Tomatoes, squash, strawberries, beets, carrots, Kalette and herbs 

Cucumbers, green beans, wild flowers…she has been busy.

Wonder what were gonna do next?

A World A Fair 2015

If you live in the Dayton, Oh area then you should head down to the Convetion Center. They have more then 30 countries represented.  China, Egypt, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Hungary are just a few of those countries.

They have a passport program where kids can get a stamp from every country so they don’t miss any of the countries.

And there is food….

 This was a taco salad from Mexico! 

But the cool part is the world was there….

What a wonderful fun kid event. We ate our way around the world!

Choir performance

Last night ohiophotogrl and I went to her nieces choir performance. It was all on 50s songs. This is us  

But this is Ma singing her heart out…. 

There were several families there watching the 5th and 6th graders sing. Ohiophotogrl and I had a great time.

Touching up….

I went outside to find out what Ohiophotogrl was doing.  


She had been outside collecting some of the lawn ornaments so she could touch them up. Today’s touch ups were Scotty Dogs.

We got a little snow!

So Ohiophotogirl told me I could go outside today and build a snowman.
So I bundled up a bit….

I googled how to build a snowman. I collected a hat, some coal, a few sticks and a carrot and went outside.
It says you need snow. We have snow :0)
Then you make a snowball and roll it. You do this 3 times. So here are the pictures ohiophotogrl took while I did all the work.

Ladies, gentlemen, kids and animals is like for you all to meet my pal “Olaf!”
When I put that hat on his head he came to life! It was magical.
Ohiophotogrl says we can keep him but he has to stay in the garage where it’s cooler. He gives great warm hugs!

Today was a down day

Today I was in control of the remote as Ohiophotgrl did some re arranging and putting stuff away from the holidays. She left me home while she did some grocery shopping. Laws good to catch up on some DVR’D shows.
Other then that I didn’t do a whole lot today!

Right you clean the car out!
It’s always fun to watch the soap cover the car and then watch the water rinse it off. Then watch the fans blow the car dry!
