I was out and about today and Ohiophotogrl found me a new work station.
How cool is that.
We looked thru a lot of Christmas ornaments today as well. That was really fun! We found camera ornaments, turtles, hippos, cars, trucks, you name it there was an ornament for it :0)
Wonder what were gonna do tomorrow?
As I was walking thru the mall with ohiophotogrl today I found this guy.
He was on a shelf saying exterminate, exterminate……..over and over again so we left him at the store.
I think he might be from another planet. He also said he was looking for the Doctor. Hmmmmm

Well I know you have all been waiting to see what kinda pics I took while I was away….
I have been busy editing things but thought I should share a few things with you.
SO it appears that ohiophotogrl thought she could sneak off to DC. Thats right the nations capital. Glad I snuck in her bag because we got to see a lot of cool things. The coolest of those being we got to see the Presidents car zoom by and Ohiophotogrl got a profile pic of the President himself…How cool is that. Zoom in if you can. We are pretty sure it was him :0)
We saw so many Monuments that it was beyond cool. The history behind them is amazing. Here are just a few more……here is the Lincoln Memorial. Abe is much bigger then I thought.
The changing of the guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier was amazing. And we got to see a wrath ceremony as well.
And as I promised here are the tiger cubs I saw at the National Zoo!
There was way way way a lot to do in DC. I’ll tell ya more later I see ohiophotogrl trying to sneak out with out me….

Ok so I went to the National Zoo today. This is me with the lions but you can’t see them :0( but no worries ohiophotogrl assured me that she got a picture she will share with you next week.
But I did get a very cool sunset picture tonight…..
Boy there has been a lot of walking here. I’m gonna need to take some naps when I get home!

Today ohiophotogrl and I went to a place called the Newseum! What a cool place I took some pictures. The first is ohiophotogrl taking a selfie for there wall…the second a great quote….the third is where the civil rights movement began…and lastly is the broadcasting tower from the World Trade Center in NY.
The coolest part of the visit was finding this…
You know your famous when you are on a mug! How cool is that!
Well I gotta get walking! This place is Huge!

The last couple of days have been one thing after another. I had no idea how much walking ohiophotogrl and I would be doing! I rode the Metro in…blue line here we go.
We went to a place called Union Station. It was so cool! There are real trains there and ohiophotogrl gave a speech…..
We stopped at a Post Office Museum and made is a stamp…
But one of the coolest things we saw was the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial.
And then the sunset was amazing tonight. Ohiophotogrl caught this great shot…

What an awesome day! I need some rest to start again tomorrow.

As you saw in my last blog I snuck into ohiophotogrls camera bag.
Funny story, she stopped at a rest area and I climbed out of the bag (it was dark in there. I wouldn’t recommend traveling in a bag, anyway)
When she came out of the rest area she spotted me. She just shook her head and climbed in the passengers seat. She let me drive for a bit. This is gonna be a fun trip.
I still don’t know where we are going!
But it makes me wonder what we’re gonna do tomorrow?
So I was sitting around watching some tv today and I noticed Ohiophotogrl cleaning her camera and putting down stuff in a bag.
I asked her where she was going but she ignored me and kept right on moving along.
She did stop for a quick selfie with me
So I did some investigating….bag packed, maps from AAA, and lots of batteries being charged. I suspect ROADTRIP!
I’m hiding in her bag so she can’t go with out me!

I would like to take a minute and give you all a little background about me and Mr P. First of all I am a photographer and Mr P came into my life when I was a very young girl. Then a year and a half ago my friends bought me Mr P to help me with an art project and our journey began.
I have two young nieces that love to search the internet and it became hard to find them web pages that were age appropriate. This was really the beginning of Mr Ps Adventures. All last year I spent a few minutes everyday doing something different with Mr P and told the world about our life.
I am hoping that I am back at it now and will continue taking Mr P everywhere I go and telling kids of all ages where they should go and what they should check out….whether its going to the dentist or a baseball game we will share with you our adventures.
As far as who I would like to connect with via my blog…..I would love to just get more people checking out our blog and tell us where you are from.
That is what accomplishments I would like as well. I want to blog a few times a week or more and keep my followers coming back to visit us :0)
I guess what I really am hoping to do is learn what people would like to see, and to try give people a place to just get a quick pick me up during the day.
