Yesterday was National best friend day! Ohiophotogrl and I are BFFS. We do lots of great things together! One of our favorite things to do is watch our Cincinnati Reds sweep a series against the Cardinals. Ohiophotogrl’s aunt is a Cards fan so we have a little rivalry when we play the cards. It’s all in good fun. Who is your favorite team? Whose your best friend?

Ohiophotogrl and I have been busy putting the garden in. I had no idea how much work it really was. We had to go get seeds and plants and the. We had to put them in he beds and buckets. Thank heavens now all we gotta do is water them and wait for them to grow. Here is what it looks like…
That’s one of the beds. We have lots of things planted. Cucumbers, carrots, tomato, potato, green beans, lettuce, sweet potatoes, and lots of herbs. Check back with us and see how we did!

Five years ago today I came into Ohiophotogrl’s life and we have been best pals ever sense. We work on stuff at the house, we go adventures and we love making people smile. Thanks for being a part of our journey. With that being said here are some of our adventures in the last few years….

Wonder what we’re gonna do next?
When I woke up this morning I thought to myself I bet I can get Ohiophotogrl to help me make some muffins. I got out all the ingredients and lined the muffin pan.
Then I preheated the oven to 400 degrees. Ohiophotogrl came in and measured out the oil and the water. Added the eggs and stirred it all together.
After mixing it all up we put the ingredients into the muffin tin. And placed it in the oven.
Set the timer for 17 minutes.
And we waited.
Ohiophotogrl got out a pot holder to take them out of the oven and this is what we ended up with….
Mmmmmmm they smell so good! Guess I better go eat one before they are all gone! Have a great day everyone.

As I was laying in bed I could smell something cooking in the kitchen….
OMG ohiophotogrl is making Scones! And when they were done
I sprinkled a little powdered sugar on them and OMG I am in heaven!

It has come to my attention that Ohiophotogrl love shortbread cookies. I accept that challenge to make her the best cookies in the land. How hard can it be right….
I have my ingredients and my recipe…no I can’t tell you what it is yet ohiophotogrl might steal my secret. I did get it off of Pinterest :0)
So I put my apron on and started mixing up my ingredients. I even get out the Scotty Dog cookie cutter. I rolled out the dough, throw it in the oven and…..
Ummmmmm……I’m thinking I did something wrong. They sure don’t look like the ones we get from Walkers. I better get the kitchen cleaned up before she gets home. I’ll have to try again. Maybe I should team up with Ohiophotogrl instead. That sounds like a better idea and she will clean the kitchen up after.
Wonder what we’re gonna do next
With the weather in Ohio constantly changing (it’s not quiet spring yet) Ohiophotogrl has started doing some spring cleaning. I decided I should help.
While she was feeding the dogs I started cleaning the bathrooms. It really easy to help.
We use Clorox wipes to wipe down the sinks and outside of the toilets. That is something easy thr even kids can help do. Then I helped clean the bathtub. I get out the scrubbing bubbles and I spray away. Then I let that set for a few minutes and get out my brushes and my rag.
I always remember to rinse them before and after I use them. We wanna keep everyone healthy :0)
Always remember that you can help out. If we all pitch in it doesn’t take long to complete our tasks and then we can play. Ohiophotogrl says when we get things done we can go see a movie tonight. I gotta go I have cleaning to do!

We had some snow last night and I got out there and built a snowman!
It sure was fun being outside but I didn’t stay out long. When I can back in Ohiophotogrl made me some hot cocoa and boy was it yummy!

Today we had a bit of snow in the 937.
It doesn’t seem to stop me and ohiophotogrl from getting out and getting stuff done :0)
I like when it’s light and fluffy like this. However I should go find my hat and scarf. It sure is cold out here. Please Remember to wear your coat, your hat, a scarf and your gloves if you go outside in this stuff. You could get frost bite and that just doesn’t sound like any kind of fun.
What is frostbite you ask?
Frostbite is an injury that is caused by exposure of parts of the body to the cold. The cold causes freezing of your skin and underlying tissues. Your fingers, toes and feet are most commonly affected. If you feel cold let your parents know. Very important to keep warm.

Hey there my friends. I am so sorry that I have been away for awhile. Life got crazy for a little while but Ohiophotogrl says we are going to be on the internet a whole lot more in 2017. I for one am looking forward to that.
I have a few more friends that will be joining us as well this year. Cant wait for you all to meet them.
