Yesterday was National best friend day! Ohiophotogrl and I are BFFS. We do lots of great things together! One of our favorite things to do is watch our Cincinnati Reds sweep a series against the Cardinals. Ohiophotogrl’s aunt is a Cards fan so we have a little rivalry when we play the cards. It’s all in good fun. Who is your favorite team? Whose your best friend?

So on the first day of 2017 Ohiophotogrl started filling out a journal so I thought I’d do it do
We fill it out the first part in the morning before we get started with the day..it asks what we are grateful for. The first thing I wrote was I am grateful for you all reading my blog :0) Then it asks for a goal to live fit for today. That one changes from day to day. Mostly I wanna keep moving. It’s hard for me to stay in shape. Then it asks for one thing I appreciate about my body. All things I need to get better at.
Then later in the day we have a place for there what I eat, how much I move and lastly a place to reflect on the day.
I think everyone should journal. In your journal you can write what ever you want. You can draw, write your feelings, really anything you want. This is just we what started doing.

Hey there my friends. I am so sorry that I have been away for awhile. Life got crazy for a little while but Ohiophotogrl says we are going to be on the internet a whole lot more in 2017. I for one am looking forward to that.
I have a few more friends that will be joining us as well this year. Cant wait for you all to meet them.

Hey everyone!
Sorry it has been a little while for a blog….Life at our house has been crazy. Ohiophotogrl has not been feeling to well and I have had to take care of her. I have had to make sure she is eating and taking her meds. Its a hard job but someone has to do it.
On a side note did you know that you are not suppose to give your medication to other people. Thats right its a nono! The police station will gladly dispose of your medication if you have old meds or medication you can no longer take. It must be out of the package but they have a place you can get rid of it without flushing it down the toilet or throwing it away.
Good news she is on the mend and we should be able to get out and enjoy some of this new fall weather!

Wonder what were gonna do tomorrow?
I watched Ohiophotogrl study today. Boy I sure hope that she does well on her last two exams. The good news is that she keeps telling me that we have some new adventures coming your way and I am going to hold her to that.
I think I will sneak in her bag and give her some moral support tomorrow. Think she will see me before she leaves?
Well I know what ohiophotogrl is going to do tomorrow but I wonder what we will do after that?
Ohiophotogrl had me collecting plastic bags today so they were all in one place. We have a fabric bag that we put them in and use them for recyclables and for picking up poo from the yard. As you can see in the picture we don’t need any more bags for awhile. We have 3 bags full of bags. Guess we will be taking some to be recycled :0)

Wonder what were gonna do tomorrow?
Had to set the alarm clock today so we could get up and move around. Well we turn one on every week day. I bet who ever invented it made a lot of money!
Lets bow our heads for just a moment of silence…
On this day 12 years ago a great tragedy happened on American soil. Lives of thousands of innocent men, women and children were taken by an act of terrorism. My heart will never forget that day. May God continue to give peace to the family’s that are affected.
I have not forgotten!
