Boy I’m really moving and grooving now.
I covered my mouth and nose as to not get the sand in my lungs :0)
Then I opened a few paint cans to see what colors they really were.
We have a lot of cool colors
Even a few drawing ing under the paint :0)
Some we will use and some not so much. But I’m feeling old about our progress :0)

Today was the day ohiopotogrl could give blood again so we went to Dayton Community Blood Center. I always enjoy going with her because the staff is so friendly.
We got entered to win the Harley just by donating a pint of blood! I sure would look good on that bike :0)
But the really cool part was I got to meet Captain America.
Also some of the other Justice League!
They told ohiopotogrl she’s a hero for giving blood. She got a call last week saying a child at Children’s Medical Center received her last donation. I’m very proud to call her my friend.
You too can donate. Stop by the blood center today and get registered for the Harley. It only takes about an hour or less and you too can save three lives today.
Oh yeah did I mention you get a cool T-shirt and cookies when your done!

Boy have I been busy!
I started packing up some boxes today. I learned how to use a tape gun.
It was really hot here today but I did get a good picture of the dogs chilling out outside today.
They did like the ice cubes when they came in :0)

Back at it again today. Today I learned how to steam off wallpaper.
It is a hot job. But I got a lot done.
The best part of the job was turning out the lights and calling it a night.

What a fun day. We got to hang out with Ma all day and she got to spend the night.
We ran errands, we had dinner, we even went thrifting. Then ohiophotogrl and I asked Ma to spend the night and her mom said yes!
It’s my first sleep over! Wooooo whooooooo!

Today was a lot more prep work. Sanding, taping, steaming off wall paper….
It’s important to clean as you go so that’s what I did today. Cleaned up as we went along.

Late last night ohiopotogrl and I came home to find this.
Ms Kayla struck again. She even did a portrait of me
So I thought I’d try my hand at trying to draw a floor plan of the house…

Spent an hour or so out at Cox Arboretum this morning.
The Butterfly house is Open!
There was only 1 butterfly to see today but there were all kinds I caterpillars! The lady that showed us around said there will be a lot of butterflies next month. We will have to make another visit.
He was a big guy!
We looked at the flowers and just had a good morning.
The butterfly was called a painted lady!
Any who, I wonder what were gonna do tomorrow?
Tonight ohiopotogrl and I stopped by the Bakewell garden.
It has really grown from when we were here last.
There are carrots, tomato, pumpkins and raspberries…
The carrot was really good
And we can’t forget the sunflowers, the lettuce or the grapes

Then we came home and found this on the sidewalk….

So there was more sanding today……a lot more. But as I took a break today this girl roamed in the back door.
So as any good potato would do I grabbed a rope and brought her all the way inside the house. Looks like she is a bit hungry so ohiopotogrl said we should keep her. I think we will call her Stevia.
Guess we have a new friend.
